​​What does a lifestyle consultation include? In short it works on your Mind, Body, and Spirit. ​​

During our consultation we discuss any issues that could be preventing you from living the life you want - anything from lifestyle choices, to career changes, to relationship issues. I then prescribe an individualized, unique plan to help you to get from where you are, to where you want to be. This plan can include:
- A personalized movement practice;
- A targeted nutrition plan;
- Unique meditation routine and practices;
- Visualization exercises and tips to help you to integrate your practice into your worldly life.

My approach is grounded on the following methods, all scientifically proved, and experiantial:
- Ayurveda;
- Several movement techniques, including Yoga, Pilates, Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais Method;
- Kundalini Yoga and Meditation;
- NLP;
